1. Components and accessories

1. All computer components and accessories are covered by their manufacturer warranty policy. For further details refer to the manufacturer website.

2. Ulka warranty policy for computer systems

All computer systems have a one year warranty of labor costs, component costs and accessories costs. Labor costs include : checking the system for possible faults and advising of a suitable resolution. The faulty components will be replaced under manufacturer warranty policy. If any computer components and accessories are not covered by a manufacturer warranty then the customer is liable for all costs of purchasing replacement components and accessories. All inspections and repairs will take place at Ulka premises.

3. Customer care when there is no warranty 

If the computer system and its components are not covered by any warranty as in item 1 and item 2, Ulka will assist the customer for a suitable resolution at the expense of the customer for labor costs of checking the faults and repairing, cost of components and cost of any accessories necessary.
